Terms and Conditions

• Rescheduling: Requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Less notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full session value.

• Lateness: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, you may be marked as a no-show and charged in full.

• No Shows: Failure to attend or arriving over 15 minutes late without prior agreement will be treated as a missed appointment.​

• Treatments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• I understand that emergencies happen - please contact me if unsure about attending.
